The Client Services Representative is a customer-focused role responsible for handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient coordination between customers and internal teams. This is a long-term temp position (10-12 months).
Requirements
Core Responsibilities
- Manage customer requests including account setups, order processing, and Value Added Services.
- Input orders accurately, suggest alternatives for out-of-stock items, and ensure timely delivery.
- Act as the liaison between customers and sales teams.
- Respond to inbound calls, addressing customer needs across the US and Canada.
- Train customers on using our B2B platform, ENVOY.
- Assist Field Sales Reps when needed.
- Monitor and address customer feedback to improve satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure operational efficiency.
- Provide timely order updates, address discrepancies, and resolve complaints.
- Support sales teams in strengthening customer relationships and driving account growth.
Required Skills/Experience
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales support.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Quick learner with adaptability to change.
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach.
- Collaborative team player.
Compensation
