The Client Services Representative is a customer-focused role responsible for handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient coordination between customers and internal teams. This is a long-term temp position (10-12 months).


Requirements

Core Responsibilities 

  • Manage customer requests including account setups, order processing, and Value Added Services. 
  • Input orders accurately, suggest alternatives for out-of-stock items, and ensure timely delivery. 
  • Act as the liaison between customers and sales teams. 
  • Respond to inbound calls, addressing customer needs across the US and Canada. 
  • Train customers on using our B2B platform, ENVOY. 
  • Assist Field Sales Reps when needed. 
  • Monitor and address customer feedback to improve satisfaction. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure operational efficiency. 
  • Provide timely order updates, address discrepancies, and resolve complaints. 
  • Support sales teams in strengthening customer relationships and driving account growth. 

Required Skills/Experience 

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales support. 
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office). 
  • Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Quick learner with adaptability to change. 
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach. 
  • Collaborative team player. 

Compensation
