Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a major national account, building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships
- Partner with the Director of Commercial Sales to support account growth and strategic planning
- Identify and implement opportunities to optimize account performance and satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams—including planning, customer service, and operations—to ensure seamless execution and fulfillment
- Track and manage order flow, inventory levels, and forecasts to meet the account’s specific needs
- Support product education, training, and onboarding initiatives across both client and internal teams
- Lead the execution of account-level initiatives, such as new product rollouts or program enhancements
- Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate performance and opportunities to internal stakeholders and the client
- Gain deep insight into the account’s business model, pain points, and objectives to anticipate needs and strengthen the partnership
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or B2B operations, ideally in apparel, wholesale, or commercial services
- Experience in the commercial/industrial laundry industry is a strong plus
- Proven ability to manage complex accounts within matrixed organizations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
- Strong project management capabilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel; experience with dashboards or reporting tools is a plus
- Familiarity with ERP systems, sales order platforms, or customer portals
- Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented approach to challenges
Compensation: $72,000-$85,000 annual salary. Kindthread encourages applications from candidates at all levels where pay will be based on experience.
