Description
We’re looking for a smart, resourceful B2B marketer to join Kindthread and help us grow our wholesale and group business. This role will lead partner marketing, events, and CRM efforts, ensuring healthcare organizations, resellers, and industry partners understand the value we bring — while making them look good doing it.
Requirements
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize B2B CRM efforts, with strong emphasis on HubSpot usage.
- Create polished, persuasive presentations and sales enablement tools.
- Plan and execute trade shows, industry events, and partner activations.
- Build scalable processes to support lead generation, nurture, and re-engagement campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Brand teams to bring our message to life.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in apparel, retail, or healthcare-related industries.
- Proficient with HubSpot (and enjoys cleaning up workflows).
- Strong ability to translate rough ideas into compelling decks or campaigns.
- Event planning and execution experience, from trade show booths to branded moments.
- Scrappy, detail-oriented, and willing to roll up their sleeves.
Education and Experience:
- Relevant degree preferred (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field).
- Experience in apparel, retail, or healthcare industries is a plus.
Compensation:
$92,000 - $110,000 annually. Kindthread encourages applications from candidates at all levels; pay will be based on experience.
